In the past, we have implemented various projects in dairies. Starting with performance optimizations and small special solutions, through the replacement of individual or several machines, to projects in which we have carried out the entire project planning (layouting, supplier selection, ….).
We are always interested in the trade-in of your used machine, no matter if you buy a new machine from us or from another supplier. Our wide network and industry knowledge allows us to use your machine for one of our future projects, or to pass it on directly to a customer. The latter can be especially effective if the used machine can still be evaluated in operation. Thus, please contact us at an early stage if you are planning to exchange a machine.
This is one of the first steps in our project management. We define clear responsibilities and contact persons in the project, which are also communicated to the customer at the start of the project if possible. In the case of more extensive projects, we have also had good experience with project meetings in which both our customers’ employees and our own have participated.
Together with our partner ia (industrial analytics) we have developed a solution for production data acquisition. Furthermore, it is possible to display and evaluate the data on dashboards in real time. We have gained most of our experience in the beverage industry. However, thanks to our special machine construction activities, we have also received repeated requests from other industries and have thus also developed a number of solutions that can be used, for example, in the food industry, in dairies or in the petrochemical industry.
We are able to perform a FAT at any time upon customer request. This can take place either by video or at our factory.
Training for the customer’s employees is one of the core topics during commissioning. However, many questions often only arise after the machine operators have worked with the new machine for some time, which is why further training after commissioning can often be beneficial.
The majority of our customers come from the beverage industry. However, we now also receive inquiries from the food industry and the petrochemical industry. We are particularly in demand when it comes to individual solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
In general, visits to our reference machines are possible at any time and, in addition to videos of our machines, they are a good way to get an idea of our machines. Furthermore, the exchange with the customer operating our machine is a good chance to learn more about how the cooperation with Hormes works. Of course: It is possible, depending on what kind of control system is installed and whether we have access to it or not. However, it is important to check carefully whether significant changes are being made to the machine control system. These sometimes entail an additional documentation effort that should not be neglected. Contact us and we will be happy to advise you on your project.
Yes, we do. Thanks to our many years of experience with other manufacturers’ machines, we are able to offer comprehensive service for many brands. You can also get spare parts for a wide range of manufacturers. The best way to do this is to contact our service department directly, either via the service form or by e-mail, or upload the documentation for the machine here and we will check whether we can offer service and spare parts for your machine.
In addition to retrofit machines, we offer “Genuine Hormes” in-house developments. This means new machines that are consistently and specifically tailored to your needs and reliably meet or exceed all of our customers’ requirements.
